Medina County SPCA

It's first come, first served for all adoptions. To adopt, you must be 18 years old. The $64 adoption fee also covers the cost of a Medina County dog tag, which is required.

In Medina, Ohio, and the nearby villages, our dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization locates homes for stray cats and kittens.

The Wayne County Dog Refuge's goals are to reconnect lost dogs with their owners, give temporary shelter, care, and comfort to all stray, abandoned, neglected, and injured dogs in Wayne County, and to foster a compassionate and accountable community in Wayne County via education and outreach.

A 501c3 non-profit animal rescue with headquarters in Akron, Ohio, AJ's Search and Rescue was established in 2016. We hunt for a forever home for the animals we rescue.

The non-profit One of a Kind Pet Rescue was established in November 2005 and is supported by individual donations. The group is committed to saving animal lives, rescuing animals in immediate danger of being put down, spaying and neutering pets, and placing homeless animals in suitable, loving homes.
