Sevier County Humane Society

The Sevier County, Sevierville, Pittman Center, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg areas of Tennessee are served by the non-profit, publicly operated Sevier Animal Care Center in Sevierville.

Your pet will be surrounded by other content, healthy pets in the loving care of our boarding staff. Your pet will be comfortable and protected, from our roomy outdoor play areas to our temperature-controlled kennels.

Our goal is to defend the rights of animals and people in Jefferson County by providing protection, assistance, and advocacy.

Our goal is to offer all companion animals in need in Jefferson County, Tennessee with compassionate care and successful outcomes by making use of all available resources. We will work to establish connections with animal allies and activists, proactively and impartially educate our neighborhood, and tenaciously battle to speak up for those who are unable to do so. ​

Friends of the Animal Shelter's mission is to comfort, care for, and shelter lost, abandoned, and unwanted animals. It also includes coordinating spay/neuter and other medical services for companion animals, offering programs and education to help reduce animal overpopulation, and helping homeless and neglected companion animals find loving homes.

Through animal law enforcement, pet wellness programs, sheltering, pet placement programs, and pet overpopulation prevention through sterilization and education, Newport Animal Control promotes public safety and animal care.
