SARA Sanctuary (Society for Animal Rescue and Adoption)

The City of Seguin, with assistance from the local population, owns and runs the Seguin Animal Services Facility. The goal of Seguin Animal Services is to promote the welfare, health, and safety of both people and animals in our neighborhood.

We are a no-kill facility committed to keeping and providing stray animals with loving care until a suitable home can be found for them.

The goal of the City of Cibolo's Animal Control is to safeguard the public's health and welfare while upholding the right to treat animals humanely and in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

The Humane Society of New Braunfels, a 501c3 non-profit, has agreements with the City of New Braunfels and Comal County to keep stray animals brought in by their Animal Control Divisions even though we are not financed by the city, the county, or any national humane groups.

In the past, animal control officers or private residents who submitted feral cats to the Humane Society of the New Braunfels Area had them put to death. This neighborhood will now be able to sterilize and vaccinate feral cats and release them back into their original habitat thanks to a new cooperative effort.
