The mission of our organization is to save the lives of the smallest and youngest members of society. We are committed to rescuing the lives of the defenseless, abandoned kittens who were taken from their mothers' care and love. We locate these adorable young ones through our community outreach efforts and those of other rescue groups.

The Helotes Humane Society's goals are to educate the public about humane treatment of animals and advance that cause. Our organization takes in unwanted, neglected, and abandoned dogs and cats.

We operate as a 501c3 nonprofit organization in San Antonio, Texas. Since our establishment in 2017, we've been working to support animal rescue efforts and find forever homes for our adoptable cats and dogs.
