Volunteers in Defense of Animals (VIDA Rescue)

The goal of FastFriends Greyhound Adoption of California, Inc. is to find loving homes for retired racing greyhounds.

A private, nonprofit 501c3 organization, the Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA is funded by donations, grants, bequests, proceeds from pet adoptions, pet licensing, and service fees. 95-1660842 is our Tax ID number.

In order to rescue and treat dogs in need, OC Pom Rescue was established in February 2020. We have a fantastic network of foster parents and volunteers spread all around Southern California, and we are entirely run by volunteers.

With over 70,000 animals arriving each year, the County of Los Angeles Department of Animal Care and Control is overrun with unwanted animals. There are still not enough adoptive homes available despite significant attempts to place these animals in new homes and reunite lost animals with their owners. 

By providing compassionate care, educating the local community, taking preventative measures, and using strong enforcement, we are a national leader in safeguarding people and animals.a

To provide sanctuary, healing, and Forever Families to distressed, abandoned, injured, or homeless hounds is the goal of Basset Hound Rescue of Southern California (BHRSC).
