Eden Rehab & Rescue

Our rescue is rapidly expanding. Right now, we rely on foster care. While preserving dogs and cats is our primary goal, we will accept any breed or type of animal as long as we have the necessary accommodations.

Our goal is to keep these stray animals and the progeny of feral animals in Havre de Grace from being perceived as a nuisance or health risk in the neighborhoods where they live by giving them food, veterinary care in the form of spay/neuter, vaccination, and emergency services.

Through the administration of an open-admission shelter, CCAS functions as the County's Animal Control Authority and offers high-quality treatment to animals in the neighborhood.

In cooperation with other rescue organizations and shelters, it is our duty to create and oversee initiatives for the welfare of community cats, companion animals, and pet owners in need of support.

A Pitbull non-profit organization called Kennel to Couch works with shelters and local partners to remove "at risk" Pit Bulls from shelters and provide the assistance and rewards required to promote the adoption of our sponsored Pitties.
