A non-profit 501(c)(3) public benefit charitable organization, Friends of Upland Animal Shelter (Friends) is committed to preserving shelter animals throughout Upland and beyond. Friends is in charge of managing all sheltering and adoption services at the Upland Animal Shelter on behalf of the City.

In San Bernardino County, California, the Rialto Animal Control is an animal shelter that offers temporary home and care for stray, unwanted, and owner-relinquished pets, including dogs and cats.

To care for, house, and successfully place in forever-loving homes domestic cat homeless; To promote compassion and ethical treatment of all animals; and To inform the public about the value of neutering or spaying their dogs.
