Being a shelter focused on the community and fostering the link between people and animals via adoption, education, and advocacy.

Our goal is to assist as many wolfdogs as we can while bringing attention to the challenges of ownership through partnerships with other sanctuaries and rescues across the country and overseas organizations.

The non-profit, no-kill Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society is devoted to the care and adoption of adoptable animals as well as strengthening the ties between people and animals via education.

Our families reside at Brown Dog Farm together with a few unique creatures. Some animals visit the farm for a little period of time to unwind as they wait for their forever homes. Some animals require a safe haven for the duration of their lives.

We offer training with boarding, individualized training consults, and a comfortable home atmosphere for our rescue animals and boarders at Random Rescue.

A shelterless rescue organization called For the Love of Dogs Vermont is situated in the Mad River Valley of Vermont. We pledge to save dogs from a variety of southern states while promoting dog rescue through instruction and awareness-building.
