Providing services to all of Bandera County in Texas, the Cowboy Capital Pet Assistance League, Inc. (C.C.P.A.L.) is a non-profit, no-kill organization. Our main goal is to give the county's stray animals and those in foster care permanent, safe, and loving homes.

Many unwanted or misplaced animals get their final halt at the Bandera County Animal Control Facility.

Provide temporary shelter and care until loving homes can be found so that hundreds of dogs and puppies in our neighborhood can avoid certain death.

We are dedicated to providing rescue, rehabilitation, and new, loving homes for dogs and cats that have been abandoned or at risk in high-kill shelters, as well as to educating the public about the significance of spaying and neutering their pets in order to lessen the alarming problem of pet overpopulation.
