Defenders of Animal Rights Inc

The mission of the non-profit, volunteer-run group TRU Rescue is to save the lives of stray animals. Phoenix, Maryland is where we are situated.

Animal licensing, humane law enforcement, cruelty investigations, and lost/found pet services are all offered by Baltimore County Animal Services.

An experienced and committed group of foster parents helped The Hero Rescue get off the ground in 2019. We pooled all of our knowledge and expertise to envision the purpose and workings of The Hero Rescue.

A non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization called "The Humane Society of Harford County, Inc." is devoted to the care and well-being of the roughly 3,000 animals that come to us each year.

The Buddy Foundation of Maryland (TBFMD) offers financial and emotional support to people trying to save a canine friend who needs immediate medical attention.

A 501(c)3 non-profit organization called Pets on Wheels offers welcoming therapy pet visits to people all around Maryland. In a typical year, our workers interact with individuals at more than 175,000 touches at close to 400 locations and unique events.
