A non-profit 501(c) 3 organization, Roxie's Place Cat Rescue is the home to more than 150 roaming cats.

102. Laura's Hope Rescue

Northeastern Pennsylvania-based Laura's Hope Rescue is a 100 percent volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) non-profit private dog rescue. We provide second chances to unwanted dogs from all throughout the nation who were owner surrendered or left at kill shelters. These children understand what it is to be protected and loved, and they subsequently demonstrate that love to their adoptive family.

103. Quigley's Shelter Pets

Cats and other unwanted or abandoned small pet animals are the focus of Quigley's Shelter Pets, a non-kill, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are close to Scranton in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Every life matters, and this is a firm conviction at BCF. Every day, we put in a lot of effort to give the animals at our shelter the finest care possible. Until they find a forever home or for however long they require it, we will gladly accept them and provide for their needs. Being a no-kill organization makes us happy.

105. Canine Rescue of Central PA

The nonprofit corporation Canine Rescue of Central PA, Inc. is a 501(c)(3). We are an all-volunteer organization committed to helping dogs who are in desperate need. Since its founding in 2002, the organization has made great strides toward creating yet another important resource for our furry friends. Our goal is to get involved in as many situations as we can to give as many pets as we can sanctuary, shelter, and new homes.

Since 2010, Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue has been rescuing unwanted, abused, and abandoned animals. With food, housing, and medical treatment, we are committed to reducing the suffering of these animals. Our mission is to make these animals adoptable by giving them a nurturing environment, specialized care, and instruction.

The Clearfield SPCA is a nonprofit group whose goal is to enhance the welfare of animals in our neighborhood. We seek to inform and assist our community, as well as locate new, loving homes for displaced animals.

The Center for Animal Health and Welfare, originally known as the Northampton County SPCA, was established in 1913. We have no connections to other SPCAs or ASPCAs.
