Pioneer Humane Society/Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal shelter in Pendleton, Oregon. Founded in 1975 by a group of caring residents, we are committed to assisting homeless, lost, and at-risk animals as well as pet owners in our community and nearby areas.

Oregon Animal Rescue (OAR), a 501c3 non-profit organization established in Boring, Oregon, provides food, medical treatment, and shelter to unwanted, injured, and abandoned animals until they can be put in permanent homes.

A 501(c)3 non-profit organization managed entirely by volunteers dedicated to monitoring and caring for feral and stray cat populations in Ontario, Oregon.

14. Ontario Feral Cat Project

The Ontario Feral Cat Project is a non-profit organization that relies on donations and volunteers to function. The program is intended to minimize feral and stray cat overpopulation in our neighborhood by utilizing the trap, neuter, and return (TNR) technique in current monitored colonies.

We are also a no-kill organization, which means that no animals are ever euthanized because they are homeless or have behavioral issues. We only euthanize if the animal is suffering from major health problems that are untreatable.

Yamhill County Dog Control Licensing and Redemption Services have been relocated to the Homeward Bound Spay and Neuter Clinic in downtown McMinnville to better serve you!

Our purpose is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home needy English and French bulldogs from commercial breeding facilities, public shelters, private rescue groups, owners, and Good Samaritans.
