E.A.R.S Elizabeth's Animal Rescue & Sanctuary

We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for animals at the Pasco County Animal Shelter and increasing their chances of finding loving homes.

A non-profit organization called The Humane Society of Pasco County Inc. was established in 1982. We set out to build a no-kill shelter for the displaced animals in Pasco County with a small group of volunteers and a lofty goal.

St. Francis Society Animal Rescue, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that relies entirely on volunteers, was founded in 1997 with the goal of providing medical care, spaying/neutering, and other services to sick, injured, and stray domestic animals.

The Humane Society of Tampa Bay, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, works separately from the Humane Society of the United States and offers adoptions, hospital care, and TNVR services to the general public.

Since 1949, The Humane Society of Pinellas, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, has provided support for animals and our neighborhood.

The Hillsborough County Pet Resources Department houses abandoned, mistreated, and surrendered animals, helps reunite them with their owners, facilitates animal adoptions, offers affordable spay and neuter services, and issues rabies tags and pet registration.
