We are committed to saving dogs from the streets and animal shelters, and when we can, we assist owners in finding safe new homes for their animals. Five million pets are thought to enter animal shelters annually.

The system known as REARS was created to handle domestic and livestock animal welfare during disasters and extraordinary emergencies as well as animal rescue, evacuation, sheltering, and care within Riverside County.
