Pibbles Paws Safe Haven is a foster-based rescue in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and we think that every dog deserves to have a family.

We have been in business since 2004 and take great satisfaction in matching the appropriate pets with the right families. We have had great success over the years. We now provide affordable dental care, blood tests, and spay and neuter procedures in addition to adoptions.

The Center for Animal Health and Welfare, originally known as the Northampton County SPCA, was established in 1913. We have no connections to other SPCAs or ASPCAs. We are a non-profit organization with 501c3 registration, not a government entity.
