We at the Animal Shelter of Martha's Vineyard are committed to inspiring the community's hearts and minds to support the island's animals. At ASMV, we are committed to offering the animals at our shelter effective, superior, and humane care.

A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the welfare of family dogs in need, Sandy Paws Rescue Inc. We help families that are struggling financially by linking them with spay and neuter services. If a family has more needs than we are able to meet, we will help find the pet or dogs a new home. Aside from saving animals from high-kill shelters at risk of being put to death, Sandy Paws Rescue Inc.

Families in need can receive subsidized, inexpensive, urgent veterinarian treatment at our community clinic.

In the interim, as they wait to be adopted into a permanent home, our organization is dedicated to keeping pets secure, content, and healthy.

Angels Helping Animals Worldwide's goal is to facilitate adoptions by moving rescued animals from locations with an excess of stray, homeless, and endangered animals to areas with a scarcity of acceptable pets. The AHAWW saves dogs from hurricane-devastated islands, earthquake-prone regions, underserved communities, Pennsylvania puppy mills, Death Row Dogs of New York, and regions with overpopulations as a result of a lack of spay and neuter programs.
