As a foster-based rescue, we place our dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens in volunteer homes while they wait impatiently for their permanent families. View our adoptable dogs and get ready to fall in love.

We treat and rehome English Bulldogs that have been injured, neglected, abused, or sick. In addition, we offer owners who must make the already challenging choice of finding a new home for their English bulldog a safe alternative to shelters.

The SCDR has noted a critical need in our neighborhood to help, rescue, foster, and offer medical attention and affection to the unwanted, homeless, mistreated, and abusive animals we frequently witness.
