The Dickinson, Clay, Emmet, Palo Alto, O'Brien, and Osceola counties are proudly served by the 501(c)3 non-profit Humane Society of Northwest Iowa. Our goal is to encourage the ethical and humane treatment of all animals and to care for, rehabilitate, and house animals in need while they are under our care.
