A shelter in Oak Park with a strict admission policy is called The Animal Care League. We provide food, shelter, care, and love to stray cats, dogs, and other small animals until we can locate them a loving home.

Until we can find them a loving forever home, Magnificent Mutts & Meows Rescue works to rescue and care for any breed of abandoned, abused, or neglected dog or cat.

They are each given a sizable run area in a cage with access to food, water, treats, blankets, and/or pillows, as well as toys.
