Forte Animal Rescue

We are a tiny but mighty team! We were founded in 2017 with the goal of rescuing dogs from Los Angeles's municipal shelters. Please let us know if you'd like to join the misfit crew because it takes a village.

We are a Los Angeles-based dog rescue organization. Whether they are strays on the streets, dogs waiting for a home in a shelter, or dogs belonging to a homeless person who cannot afford medical care, we assist homeless dogs in need.

Los Angeles-based Love Leo is a nonprofit, foster-based rescue organization. Many of the dogs that we rescue are ill, hurt, neglected, or abandoned. We have a soft place for canines that require specialized medical attention in order to leave the shelter. We are aware that the majority of potential adopters won't be able to take home a dog from the shelter that requires an expensive orthopedic procedure or a puppy that has parvo. These dogs, in our opinion, merit another chance.

501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit corporation Jackie's PURRfect Match was established in 1996. We are a small team of devoted cat lovers working under Jackie Haffke's direction. Jackie has been working in cat rescue since 1986.

Adoptable dogs from Perfect Pet Rescue include many lovely breeds. tiny, medium, and large pure breeds and hybrids. All of our animals have undergone spaying or neutering, a vet check, and all required vaccinations.

Dogs are saved by the Dawg Squad from the city's high-kill animal shelters, the streets, and abuse and neglect situations. While we search for permanent adoptive homes, we offer foster homes, medical care, training, and rehabilitation. Dogs are typically fostered in caring volunteer homes while they wait to be adopted.
