Good Mews provides a no-kill, cage-free, restricted admission haven for homeless, abused, or abandoned cats until finding them permanent, loving homes in the Metro-Atlanta area as an alternative to conventional animal shelters.

Best Friends in Atlanta is trying to change that by working with shelters, rescue organizations, and private citizens throughout Georgia and the Southeast to implement adoption, foster, and transport programs that will save the lives of dogs and cats.

In 1971, Cobb County Animal Services was founded. We serve the entire county as a division of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, defending the people and animals of Cobb.
