The Humane Society of Allen County

The Ohio SPCA looks into and removes hundreds of agricultural and companion animals that are in danger of dying.

The Ohio Revised Code's dog control rules are enforced by the Allen County Dog Administration Department, a law enforcement organization that operates under the control and supervision of the Allen County Board of Commissioners.

All volunteers make up the 501(c)3 non-profit organization Debsdogs. For our rescue animals' medical care and supplies, we are entirely dependent on donations.

Our goal is to give today's homeless animals a safe haven, instill kindness and responsibility in tomorrow's pets, and cultivate compassion in our youngsters via their education for all living things, including humans and animals.

Our mission is  promoting the rights of companion animals and improving society.
