Each animal is placed in a very loving home environment where they may receive basic requirements & care without the stress of the shelter life because we are entirely foster-based.

Current active rescues that work with weimaraners are Senior Moments or the Great Lakes Weimaraner Rescue. I'm your point of contact for returning the Weimaraner if it was previously adopted from MWR, and I'll work to find them new home.

Stray cats are not collected or taken in by Eaton County Animal Control. To help reconnect lost cats with their owners, if you have discovered or lost a cat, kindly call our shelter to report it.

The long-term objectives of New Hope Pet Rescue include helping neighbors with their own animals and continuing to place homeless dogs and cats with loving households. Additionally, we keep educating people about the value of spaying and neutering their pets as well as good pet maintenance.
