Hobo Hotel For Cats & Kittens

Through foster care and adoption, we hope to give mistreated, sick, abandoned, and stray animals in SWLA a second opportunity. Through community outreach, advocacy, education, and spay/neuter programs, we hope put an end to the tragic slaughter of companion animals.

In Lake Charles, Louisiana, there is a municipal shelter called Calcasieu Parish Animal Services & Adoption Center.

In August 1998, The Humane Society of West Louisiana was established. We are a tiny group of volunteers that take in animals that have been abused, neglected, or abandoned.

In February 2020, The Haseya's Team gained control of the Rayne Animal Shelter for the first time. We have since been committed to meeting the needs of all stray dogs. No animals at Haseya's are put to death in the shelters.
