The sanctuary will support seasoned dogs by offering a long-term safe haven for senior dogs and palliative care for dogs who are near the end of their lives.

We are Doghouse Rescue Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the mission of improving and enhancing the quality of life in the world.

A 501c3 Non-Profit organization dedicated to animal welfare, The Animal Refuge Center. As a non-euthanasia organization, we are committed to providing care for all owner-returned cats and dogs that come into our care.

In Fort Myers, Florida, there is a farm where Fur and Tails Animal Rescue operates. Here, farm animals, puppies, kittens, dogs, and cats are all taken care of.

Our goal is to give abandoned animals with humane treatment by providing a safe haven, first-rate medical attention, and an adoptive home. More than 3,000 animals in need of sensitive care are taken in by us every year.

We locate loving homes for neglected, abused, and abandoned animals and provide them with general and medical care, as well as a shelter until they can find their permanent homes.
