Keokuk Animal Services

A nonprofit organization devoted to assisting animals in Keokuk, Iowa is called "The Keokuk Humane Society."

We started as a small group of concerned citizens who saw a need in 1997 and have since expanded into a facility that cares for over 200 animals every day. We are a 501(c)3 Non-profit NO KILL Animal Shelter.

I give all types of stray animals at Donna's Angel rescue organization first-rate care. I have received training to work with various animals.

The Burlington County Animal Shelter's goal is to establish a setting where every animal receives the proper attention, love, and care at all times.

The Des Moines County Humane Society is devoted to ensuring the welfare of all animals in Des Moines County, Iowa. DMCHS runs an adoption program at the city-owned Burlington Animal Shelter at 2000 N. Roosevelt Avenue.

Through our cageless, no-kill shelter and sanctuary, we aim to rescue and protect stray animals, and through our special, holistic approach to animal sheltering, we aim to give them love, healing, and rehabilitative care.
