Humane Society of Cambria County

A nonprofit 501c3 business run entirely by volunteers, Habitat for Hounds Animal Rescue. We are a nonprofit committed to assisting stray and abandoned animals.

The Bedford County Humane Society is committed to stopping cruelty towards all species of animals who are capable of experiencing pain.

When an animal is brought to the Humane Society, several questions are raised, including how long we keep animals at our shelter, whether we are a "no-kill" shelter, and what will happen to the animal.

Action For Animals Humane Society (AFA) was established in 1983 and is a 501c3 non-profit, privately funded, no-kill facility that protects animals from the prospect of needless euthanasia. Until loving forever homes are found, we rescue and care for abused, abandoned, and stray dogs and cats.

Our mission at Abby's Angels Animal Haven is to contribute to making the world a better place for all. We are devoted and committed to saving as many lives as we can, giving those who are fighting for their lives a good quality of life, and giving every animal the love and care they deserve.
