1. Animal Outreach of Shelby County

The goal of Animal Outreach of Shelby County is to increase the live release rate at the Shelbyville Shelby County Animal Shelter by promoting spay/neuter programs, fostering responsible pet ownership, and implementing trap/neuter/return (TNR) as a humane way to deal with the strays and feral cats that are becoming an increasingly large problem.
