Hurst Animal Services

HSNT offers a range of services to the North Texas community in an effort to put an end to animal abuse and pet homelessness. We seek to place homeless animals in loving, permanent homes and offer desperately needed community programs to keep humans and their dogs together. We have made extraordinary efforts to save lives thanks to our amazing programs.

We have been working with cat rescue since 2009 and have three cats of our own (as shown in our logo). We have probably fostered well over 100 cats throughout that time as they searched for their forever homes.

The City of North Richland Hills Neighborhood Services Department includes a division called Animal Services. Animal Services manages the city's Animal Adoption & Rescue Center and seeks to promote the health, safety, and welfare of both people and animals in the neighborhood (AARC).

Many adorable animals are up for adoption at the City of Richland Hills Animal Services Center and are waiting for their forever homes. Animal Services manages the animal population in Richland Hills in addition to providing services and advocating for the humane treatment of animals, protecting the general public.

Our mission is to ensure that every animal is treated humanely and to help and shelter lost animals.
