In order to achieve this, we facilitate and promote spay/neuter and Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) procedures, carry out foster-based rescue and local shelter adoption procedures, and offer pet retention and rehoming services. Our goal is to eventually put an end to the slaughter of healthy adoptable animals in the communities we serve by gradually reducing the admission of cats and kittens at neighborhood shelters.
