Mountain Humane

A small facility called the Jerome Animal Shelter serves as a haven for stray, unwanted, and lost dogs in the Jerome city and county.

Grassroots 501(c)(3) organization called People for Pets was established in 1988 with the main goal of supporting the Twin Falls Animal Shelter by enhancing the welfare of their detained companion animals. We have assisted in rehoming companion animals in years.

The goal of Heart of Idaho Animal Sanctuary is to save, care for, and discover animals in need of a forever home while also making every effort to provide them with such a home.

The Idaho Humane Society's objective is to advance the welfare and appropriate treatment of animals, defend them against abuse and neglect, and advance humane education, awareness, and compassion.

Our Goals By upholding and encouraging high standards of care and facilitating successful adoptions, we prevent cats from suffering or being put down.

House pets in a humane manner and effectively reconnect them with their owners. Support programs for the spaying and neutering of pets, as well as initiatives to educate, rescue, and support community safety.
