Animals are given sanctuary by the animal shelter, which also promotes responsible pet ownership and adoption.

To stop animal cruelty, abuse, and neglect; to care for lost, unwanted, and abandoned pets; and to find suitable homes for adoptable dogs and cats in the neighborhood we serve.

The "Proud Animal Lovers Shelter," also known as (PALS), is a 501(C)(3) non-profit with a state license that operates on donations and any grants we are fortunate enough to be awarded. We are really appreciative of this.

CFA is committed to assisting communities with fewer resources with animal care.

The non-profit, no-kill Allen County Animal Rescue Facility is located in the small Kansas town of La Harpe.

Giving abandoned animals a second chance to find a loving home is the core purpose of Hickory Hollow. The founder and her husband founded Hickory Hollow 16 years ago as a retirement project.
