Monmouth County SPCA

We are a tiny grassroots organization of volunteers and animal lovers working together to save dog lives and place them in loving homes as companion animals. We save pets from owner surrenders and kill shelters.

In order to provide them permanent, loving homes, Associated Humane Societies rescues stray and abandoned animals, both domestic and wild. We are a neighborhood-based group that promotes responsible pet ownership across New Jersey by offering affordable veterinarian care and humane education.

There are currently far too many animals who are not loved and cared for, but one day every animal will be. They are sometimes left behind. They may occasionally be given up by their owners (for valid reasons or not).

Our team makes every effort to rescue Cocker Spaniels from risky high-kill shelters and other undesirable conditions and place them in Foster homes until they may be adopted into loving homes.

It's a "last-chance" rescue, Rescue Ridge. We find homes for animals that other shelters and people have given up on since we are entirely staffed by the labor and donations of volunteers.
