Duncan City Dog Pound

The private, 501(c)3 non-profit Stephens County Humane Society (SCHS) was established in 1983. Whether they are strays from the countryside or owner surrenders, we are a safe refuge for homeless dogs and cats in need of a New Leash on Life.

Stray and abandoned animals are housed in the City by the Lawton Animal Welfare Division.

Lawton Animal Welfare’s (LAW) offers public health and safety for the inhabitants and animals of Lawton, Oklahoma. Our first priority is to keep the streets safe by catching animals that are running loose through the neighborhoods before they get hurt or do harm.

We can access a whole new world of animal care. In order to create a new pet care program aimed at keeping pets and their owners together, at home, we are putting the past behind us.
