Delaware County Dog Warden

A charitable 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to animal welfare, The Humane Society of Delaware County is situated in Delaware, Ohio. Each year, the staff takes care of more than 1,600 animals.

The Cozy Cat Cottage Adoption Center is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), no-kill organization that offers shelter, assistance, and care to lost, injured, abused, or abandoned cats and kittens in Central Ohio while also matching them with long-term, devoted homes.

The rescue known as Charlie's Wish was founded in memory of the director's former dog, Charlie, a severely abused pit bull. We take in dogs that the majority of other rescues refuse to.

In order to surrender a pet in a safe and secure manner until a new home is found, Marion County residents can turn to the Marion Area Humane Society (MAHS).

The Marion County Sheriff's Office is in charge of the dog pound, and Sheriff Matt Bayles and his team are dedicated to helping the community by ensuring the welfare and health of animals.

Our goal is to give rescued dogs another opportunity to find their forever homes. We perform rescues from hoarding situations, high kill shelters, and distressed families.
