A 501(c)3 non-profit organization called Greyhound Adoption League of Texas, Inc. (GALT) has been operating in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, throughout Texas, New Mexico, and the rest of the United States since May 2001.

No Borders Bulldog Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that relies solely on volunteers to save and rehome Bulldogs. Each year, hundreds of Bulldogs are lost, abandoned, mistreated, sent to animal shelters, or given to rescue. Bulldogs whose owners are unable to care for them are accepted by No Borders Bulldog Rescue. In addition, we collaborate with neighborhood animal control officers and shelters to rescue Bulldogs from unfavorable circumstances.

We are a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization with the goal of rescuing and rehabilitating pit bull-type canines while also advocating for them.

6. The Dawg Project

The DAWG Project helps pet owners keep their animals by helping with vetting, food, and supplies. It also works to rescue at-risk animals from municipal shelters and locate adoptive homes.

7. Weimaraner Rescue of Texas

OUR MISSION is to rescue, treat, and place Weimaraners from animal shelters that have been abandoned, abused, or found wandering. We spread the word about spay/neuter procedures and responsible pet ownership. By fighting puppy mills, pet retailers that sell live animals, and reckless over-breeding of companion animals, we are committed to ending the tragedy of pet overpopulation.

Thousands of dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, and other animals have been saved from certain death since 2001 thanks to East Lake Pet Orphanage. By giving abandoned animals medical care, surgical care, a warm place to stay, love, and attention, as well as by matching these rescued animals with people who can provide them a permanent loving home, East Lake Pet Orphanage connects humans and pets for the mutual enrichment of life.

The Dog & Kitty City shelter has been run by the Humane Society of Dallas County for more than 40 years. Our goal is to educate the Dallas community about ethical pet ownership while also providing a safe and healthy environment for the mistreated and neglected animals of Dallas.
