Coastal Bend Small Breed Rescue

The Gulf Coast Humane Society's aim is to provide cheap spay-neuter and vaccination procedures, as well as shelter and care for stray animals through adoption, fostering, community collaborations, education, and other means.

Strays, unwanted or homeless animals, as well as injured animals brought to our shelter, are all given a healthy and safe environment by CCACS.

In August 2010, People Assisting Animal Control was incorporated as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization under the laws of the State of Texas.

When The Cattery first opened, cats were not kept in cages. The first High Quality, High Volume, Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic for Cats and Dogs was then established in Corpus Christi!

1307 Saratoga is the address of Peewee's Animal Shelter, which has been open since May 1997. Over 300 animals, including dogs, puppies, pigs, goats, and other barn animals, are currently housed at Peewee's. Peewee's operates solely off of donations.
