Cookeville Putnam County Animal Shelter

All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc. (A.A.R.F.) is a non-profit organization run by a small group of animal lovers. We want to prevent as many unnecessary deaths as we can.

As a division of the DeKalb Animal Coalition, the DeKalb Animal Shelter staff consists of three full-time workers. We are happy to be a low-kill shelter, and we work assiduously to collaborate with reputable rescues and to spread awareness of responsible pet ownership among the general public.

Before being adopted out, all dogs via the Sparta Animal Shelter must be spayed or neutered.

In collaboration with the City of Crossville, Cumberland County runs the Cumberland County Animal Shelter, a municipal shelter. The main purpose of the shelter is to temporarily house and care for stray and lost animals that Animal Control Officers bring to us in order to reunite them with their owners.

Hello, buddies! We are a non-profit organization, and all revenues are donated to the McMinnville, Tennessee-based Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center.
