Dog Lovers' League

A small group of concerned citizens took on the care of a few animals in 1953 after their owners left them behind. We don't have any records of how long this effort took or how it was completed.

The magnificent pine woodlands of Mississippi's Caledonia, MS, are the home of Cedarhill Animal Sanctuary. We have a strong commitment to helping rescued animals, both domestic and exotic.

We take satisfaction in giving unwanted and stray animals homes where they will be cherished and cared for. Through 100% spay/neuter programs, we are committed to preventing overpopulation. Through community involvement, instruction, and ordinance enforcement, we strive to end animal cruelty. We can accomplish our goals and keep saving the animals who most need us with your assistance.

The Oktibbeha County Humane Society, Inc.'s (OCHS) goal is to advance the welfare of domestic animals. The foundation of OCHS is the idea that it is the duty of the community to care for animals humanely.

No sum is too little! No sum is too large! Every donation ensures that our rescue organization can take care of the stray and needy animals in our neighborhood.
