The Critical Animal Relief Foundation (CARF), a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Chicago, Illinois, is committed to assisting animals in dire need.

Our goal is to collaborate with the community to promote TNR through education and outreach (Trap-Neuter-Return). resulting in fewer euthanasia cases and a decrease in the cat population. TNA (Trap-Neuter-Adopt) is another method we use for adoptable cats.

The primary goal of OTAT is to save puppies and dogs from overcrowded shelters, care for them in foster homes, and place each one in a loving, permanent home.

We are a group of people who have made it our mission to aid animals in need of rescue, treatment, rehabilitation, affection, and, of course, a Furever home.

to create communities that respect and value each cat or dog's life, starting with a No Kill Chicago.

Make pet ownership a joyful and accessible experience for everyone to end pet homelessness. In order to achieve this, we rescue animals from overcrowded shelters, find them loving forever homes, and help pet owners in need.
