Glocester Town Animal Shelter

The mission of Animal Rescue of New England, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is to save the lives of homeless dogs and cats. We save animals from high-kill facilities, abandonment, and abusive circumstances. We help hundreds of abandoned dogs, cats, pups, and kittens every year. We are a Rhode Island-based rescue that only relies on foster homes.

Little Rhody Rescue, a Rhode Island-based 501(c)3 non-profit dog rescue and quarantine facility, works to place abused and neglected dogs in loving homes.

Return stray animals to their owners, place unclaimed animals up for adoption, and enforce municipal animal control ordinances and state animal care requirements are all services that animal control officers can provide.

A modest 501(c)(3) non-profit group called Furry Angels Dachshund Rescue (FADR) is committed to assisting Dachshunds in finding their ideal homes.

The Town of Smithfield no longer participates in the Joint Facility Agreement with the Town of Lincoln and the Smithfield Animal Shelter is situated at 3 Spragueville Road in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

The NS Animal Shelter's goal is to provide the animals in its care with shelter, food, and medical care.
