Paws for the Cause Rescue, Inc

Since 1956, the Mohawk Valley and the surrounding areas have been served by the non-profit organization The Humane Society of Rome, New York, Inc. All unwanted cats and dogs are given a home, food, and loving care by us.

The Wanderers' Rest Humane Association is an open admission, compassionate care facility with a mission to lead our community in fostering a more humane society while also providing the best possible care and compassion for the animals entrusted to us.

In order to help retired racing greyhounds transition from the track and other dogs in need, Kindred Spirits Greyhound Adoption is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization made up entirely of volunteers.

Animal and Nature Sanctuary Spring Farm CARES is a non-profit organization (501c3). We have 200–225 animals living here and a wildlife reserve that spans around 300 acres.

By finding homeless canines from congested shelter systems loving homes, Helping Hounds Dog Rescue (HHDR) takes a sympathetic approach to dog rescue.
