WBCR routinely accepts unique cases, such as dogs with severe behavioral and medical problems, and offers them the treatment, education, and rehabilitation they require.

The animal sanctuary known as My Loveable Angels was established in memory of Leslie Ann Holmes, a woman whose heart and soul were brimming with love and compassion.

Our ultimate objective is to provide information, resources, and services about pet wellness to as many companion animals and their owners as possible, particularly in underserved communities.

Since 1984, our non-profit 501(c)(3) organization has provided animal welfare services to the Bloomington-Normal neighborhood and its environs. We take care of, house, and assist with adoptions for animals in need of permanent homes.

We rescue dogs from high-kill shelters, restore their health, and then place them in fantastic homes. We are close to Lincoln and Springfield and situated just south of Bloomington.

Our pets have undergone sterilization and deworming procedures. All pets are sent to their owners microchipped and prepared for rabies tag registration with the county.
