Harlan County Animal Shelter

We provide assistance with food, litter, medication, transportation to veterinarian appointments, information, and resources for other groups. Additionally, we care for, rehome, and rescue cats.

The Kentucky River Regional Animal Shelter may be found in Hazard, Kentucky, at 194 Animal Shelter Lane. For the Eastern Kentucky counties of Perry, Breathitt, Letcher, and Knott, this shelter cares for abandoned and stray animals.
