LifeLine oversees the animal services for DeKalb and Fulton Counties, as well as a for-profit rehabilitation facility and two LifeLine Spay & Neuter Clinics. LifeLine provides care for over 30,000 animals each year and has, to date, performed over 115,000 free and inexpensive spay/neuter operations.
