To deliver services that benefit both humans and pets in Noble County, to never euthanize an animal for space, and to give sanctuary to stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals until a suitable home can be found.

By encouraging pet adoption, educating people on responsible pet ownership and welfare, and bringing attention to animal neglect and cruelty, we are dedicated to being a no-kill shelter and providing services to the DeKalb County region.

The Emilie Beard Foundation for Felines, also known as EB Feline Rehoming, is committed to saving kittens, giving them a safe haven, ensuring their health, and rehoming them into devoted, pet-friendly families.

We are a non-profit dog rescue in Northern Indiana that is run entirely by volunteers. Every dog that enters our rescue is spayed or neutered because we are a NO KILL rescue. Our goal is to directly combat the overabundance of unwanted pets.

Our mission is to find responsible and loving homes for greyhounds that are retired racers, found in animal shelters, or just in need of a new home.

The needs of the neighborhood and the animals in our care are constantly expanding, so we knew going into 2022 that we needed more assistance. We started talking about our needs with the City Administration early in the year, and they concurred that we needed assistance.
